Sales & Marketing Admin

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
• Receive and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Verify order details, pricing, and terms to ensure accuracy.
• Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations, delivery orders and invoice to customer.
• Organize and archive sales documents and information for easy retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Management to replenish stock as needed.
• Prepare and distribute sales-related correspondence, including follow-up emails, and promotional materials.
• Attend exhibitions or trade events when necessary to stay up to date with industry trends.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.

Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma or any other relevant certificates.
. Experience in Sales Administration will be added advantage.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other language is a plus point.
. Possess own transport
