The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving the recruitment process, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring the company attracts the best candidates to meet our growing business needs. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from identifying staffing requirements to negotiating offers, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor.Position: Senior HR Executive (Permanent job)Working Days: 5 working daysWorking Hours : 9am-6pm
JOB DESCRIPTIONAssisting in Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process- Assists in the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with the appropriate skills, as needed. - Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operation Procedures.- Assists in monitoring candidate identification and selection process. - Performs quality control on candidate identification/selection process.
Assisting in Managing Employee Relations- Serve as a point of contact of employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Performance Management- Handle full cycle of performance management process - Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary- Implementing and managing performance evaluation process- Developing recognition programs to reward outstanding performance
Training and Development- Identify training needs within the organization and training program to address skill gaps- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees - Handle HRDC claims
Compliance and Legal Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and update HR policies accordingly- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits- Assisting in designing competitive salary packages- Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
HR Analytics and Reporting|- Analyzing HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce demographics- Preparing reports for management to inform decisions related to staffing and organizational growth
HR Strategy and Planning- Collaborating with management to forecast hiring needs based on business goals- Assisting in designing organizational structures that supports business growth
Employee Retention- Developing programs to improve employee retention and reduce turnover- Conducting interviews with departing employees to gather insights and improve retention
JOB REQUIREMENTS -At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.-Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of positions, including senior-level and technical roles.-A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.-Deep knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.-Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment.-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.-Proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms).-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and prioritize effectively.-Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies
