Job Responsibilities
● Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring, for various roles within the center includes to conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to select the best candidates.
● Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
● Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
● Implement and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure continuous development.
● Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing employee performance.
● Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
● Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
● Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits
● Managing and overseeing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation
● Oversee in administration tasks to streamline HR operations
Job Requirements
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a healthcare or postpartum care environment with a focus on payroll and recruitment
● Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is essential.
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
● 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles
● Proficiency in management and administration tasks
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels
● Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
● Proficient in UBS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
● Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
● A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
