Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within assigned sectors, creating and executing strategies to reach key targets.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Active participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and strengthen network connections
- Develop and deliver presentations showcasing SMCR’s capabilities and solutions to prospects
- Proactively research and analyze new market opportunities to expand SMCR’s reach and service offerings
- Actively contribute to SMCR’s overall business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Proactively participate in team meetings and share knowledge and insights to improve collaboration and overall processes
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong professional relationships
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, suggest solutions, and deliver results.
- Desire to be a part of a highly driven and supportive team
- Positive attitude, high motivation, and a passion for exceeding targets
- Holder of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
