Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance client experiences
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to offer informed advice
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach with excellent organizational abilities
