Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Managing appointments and scheduling meetings for the team
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate calendar system for all team members
  • Preparing correspondence and other administrative documents for the team
  • Assisting team members with any general office administrative tasks
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing important documents
  • Assisting team members with organizing and maintaining office/workspace organization

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
