Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports and assist in the month-end close process
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries
Job Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an accounts clerk role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
