Job Description:
As a Key Clients Executive at Revotrend Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for handling key client accounts and addressing their needs and concerns. You will actively engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in conducting presentations and marketing activities to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Proactively identify and address clients’ issues and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client commitments and resolve any service-related issues.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, including presentations, to attract new clients and enhance brand awareness.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their document storage needs and present suitable solutions.
- Actively participate in networking events and industry seminars to expand the company’s client base.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated sales and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
