Job Responsibilities
● Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care
● Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations
● Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
● Hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
● Manage nursing department budget and resources effectively
● Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and incorporate them into the department’s operations
Job Requirements
● Hold at least Diploma in Nursing and possess a valid nursing license (LJM - Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia) in Malaysia
● At least 3-5 years of experience as a nursing leader
● Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and regulations
● Exceptional communication and leadership skills
● Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask
● A passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous learning
● Required to work including weekends and public holidays.
● Must be able to work in shifts and be on call for emergencies.
