Production Executive

- Plan, organize and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks that may affect production schedules or quality.
- Manage and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, equipment and other resources needed for production.
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
- Monitor and analyze production costs to identify areas for cost reduction and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Mandarin speaker would be a great advantage.
