Job Responsibilities
● Oversee kitchen operations, supervise the kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
● Plan and manage daily menu offerings and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
● Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients and controlling food costs
● Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations and ensure compliance
● Train and develop kitchen staff, providing them with guidance and opportunities for growth
● Collaborate with other restaurant departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
Job Requirements
● 3-5 years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in postpartum’s care kitchen
● Having Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field will be considered as added advantage
● Excellent leadership, communication, time management, inventory management, cost control, ordering processes skills
● Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Creativity and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
● Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation procedures
● A passion for food and a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences
