Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reports
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and operations
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts clerk role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
