Job Responsibility

    • Assist in operation and administrative tasks;
    • Assist in accounting operations and ensure proper filing of documents;
    • Assist in customer billing and accounts receivables;
    • Responsible to co-ordinate customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in a timely and proficient manner via follow up calls and emailing, etc.
    • Be accountable for the petty cash and miscellaneous claims;
    • Take charge of service applications, refundable deposits and to issue receipts and refunds appropriately.

Job Requirement

  • 18 years old above
  • Minimum SPM or above
  • Computer literate in MS Office & familiar with UBS account;
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and follow-up skill;
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently under pressure within deadline driven environment;
  • Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity;
