Job Brief

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Service Executive to build up company business activities and contribution to company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for business development of existing & new customers to achieve sales targets & market share
2. To build good rapport with existing & potential customers
3. Make regular follow-up with existing customers & continue business & contract
4. Conduct online/on-site demo(s) with each qualified prospect
5. Update new or current client database (address, phone, email, etc)
6. Issuing of quotation, follow up with collection, attend to customer complaint & after sales service
7. Visit to project site as required for exchange of information
8. Channel feedbacks from customers & work with team to drive platform enhancements
9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
10. Other job or project assigned by Superior and/or Management from time to time

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years working experience in sales/marketing line2.Pro-active, resourceful, confident & responsible3. Diploma or Degree4. Required language(s): BM, BI, Chinese .
