Sales Executive (Female only – Mandarin speaker)

Job Scope / Responsibility:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation techniques.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
• Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with customers to secure sales and meet revenue targets. Close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deal status.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be good as our market consist of different races.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Willing to travel
