Junior Maintenance Technician

Crystal Crown Hotel Johor Bahru is currently looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to join us. We are located in harimau tarum , Johor Bahru, Johor, 80250.

Responsibilities:

• To perform daily Maintenance operational and preventive maintenance task.
• To plan the daily task according to the established plan on daily basis.
• To ensure the quality defect, equipment defect and other issue or problem is reported by prompt feedback and frequent communication with Superior.
• To ensure all tools and equipment provided by company to perform the maintenance works are kept in good working condition.
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
• Install light bulbs, doors and cabinet, etc.
• Perform Maintenance task such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
• To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by Superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.

Requirements:

• Has a strong background in Hospitality & Tourism related field and working experience of at least [workingExperience] years
• Has expertise in Technician
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment
