Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement solutions for various technical challenges
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering processes and decision-making
• Prepare technical documentation and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes
• Support fieldwork and on-site tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain and update project schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly
• Familiarity with engineering software and tools will be an advantage
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
