Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Engage in code reviews and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing performance and reliability
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Continuously improve development practices and technology stacks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in full stack web development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js or .NET
• Understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning
