Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and processing orders
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Coordinate communication between sales teams and clients
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as required
• Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and document preparation
• Contribute to sales strategies and help identify potential clients
• Ensure a smooth flow of information within the sales department

Job Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in business administration, sales, or related fields
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support or related roles
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of Chinese to cater to major suppliers from China
