Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to attract and engage customers
• Design and oversee creative campaigns across various digital platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the direct marketing and CRM (customer relationship management) space
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data-driven decision making
• Proficient in video editing, design, and other marketing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Passion for digital marketing and direct marketing
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other marketing platforms
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to work, with a demonstrated passion for creative problem solving
