Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and support
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales performance
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across the team

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in sales reporting and CRM tools
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin preferred
  • Must have own transportation and a valid driving license
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed

📚 Education & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
