Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
- Manage multiple customer requests efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights for service improvement
- Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
