Vocational Training Officer

1 Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering hands-on vocational training programs to workers on a construction site.

2 Ensures that all workers receive adequate skill-based training to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and to industry standards

3 Identify training needs and skill gaps among construction workers.

4 Design and implement site-specific vocational training programs.

5 Deliver practical and theoretical instruction in trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and safety practices.

6 Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

7 Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments and feedback.

8 Coordinate with site supervisors to schedule training without disrupting ongoing work.

9 Promote a culture of safety, continuous learning, and skill development.

10 Provide mentorship and support to workers aiming to upgrade their qualifications.

11 Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with national vocational standards.

12 Prepare Daily Activity Report for submission.

13 Prepare weekly and monthly training schedule. Schedule presentation of work schedule to superior every Friday.

14 Prepare training progress presentation to superior every Friday.
