Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience while supporting overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, job platforms, and recruitment agencies.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and headhunters to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation programs and introduce new hires to company policies and culture.
  • Prepare and generate weekly recruitment reports, hiring status updates, and other relevant HR reports as required.
  • Administer and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager (HRAM) with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the full cycle of recruitment.
  • Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll administration, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
  • High integrity in handling confidential information and HR matters with tact and professionalism.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals within tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
