• Prepare exceptional coffee drinks and other beverages, ensuring each cup is brewed with precision and passion
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Serve customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, creating a memorable dining experience
• Operate cash register functions and maintain accurate records, contributing to the smooth operation of the cafe
• Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary, contributing to the cohesive team effort
• Contribute to a positive cafe environment, encouraging a great experience for all involved
• Implement and maintain excellent customer service standards, exceeding expectations in every interaction
