Job Description
Job Scope – Customer Service:
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls
- Invite clients to attend internal or external events/seminars
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department to schedule meetings according to the calendar
- Send monthly invoices and statements to clients and follow up to ensure payments are received
👇🏻 Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
- Friendly and professional in replying to customer messages and calls
- Minimum Diploma Holder in Business / Administration or related field
- Fast learner, with a good team spirit to collaborate with other departments
- Experience in accounting firm will be an added advantage
💰 Benefits:
- Flexible working hours: 7am–4pm / 8am–5pm / 9am–6pm
