Job Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Managing appointments and scheduling meetings for the team
- Maintaining an updated and accurate calendar system for all team members
- Preparing correspondence and other administrative documents for the team
- Assisting team members with any general office administrative tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing important documents
- Assisting team members with organizing and maintaining office/workspace organization
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
