Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales plans, achieving sales targets and objectives
• Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and campaigns

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
• High school, diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and revenue growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends
• Strong time management and organization skills to meet sales targets and deadlines
