Accounts Manager (Sarawakian only)

- Manage full set of accounting, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) & Closing Financial Accounting.
-Ensure timely preparation of financial analysis and reports.
Salary is negotiable and shall commensurate with qualification, experiences & competencies for this position
- Ensure the daily operations of the accounts department run effectively.
- Cash Flow management and treasury function.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the accounting system and controls according to the organization’s SOP.
- Responsible for accounting, taxation, liaison on audit matters, budgeting & annual management plan and other reporting functions.
- Manage and be responsible to improve daily operations effectively for Accounts Department.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of the monthly accounts.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s quality policies.
- Liaise with external & internal auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government & statutory bodies.
- Ensure timely completion of balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Monitor intercompany transactions and balances monthly.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well versed on taxation & able to provide tax-related advice in line with current legislation
- positive attitude and good in communication
- Possess good mentoring skill, able to lead and develop work knowledge to subordinates/co-workers
- Knowledgeable in Accounting software systems (Auto count)
- Manage and complete any other related task assigned from time to time
