Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Executive to lead and manage daily administrative and human resource operations of our firm. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day office functions, oversee HR compliance and staff engagement, and occasionally support company events and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Manage daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems (digital and hard copy).
  • Ensure smooth office operations and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • Assist in basic finance support (petty cash, invoice coordination, claims submission).

Human Resources:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave applications, payroll support, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Coordinate staff engagement, training, and performance evaluation exercises.
  • Advise management on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Event & Operations Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and team activities.
  • Provide on-site support during company programs, including logistics, registration, and coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration or HR roles.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
