Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Job Description

• To responsible for tender including quantity measurement and quotation.
• To handle on-going projects, including project quantity take off, prepare progress claims, verify and response to subcontractors claim.
• To prepare and verify quotation for variation works.
• To perform additional duties as assigned by the Management and the designated Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey(Building/Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction or equivalent).
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position(s).
• Preferably experience in Precast Concrete elements and construction.
• Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills…
