Service Engineer

We are looking for Service Technician/Engineer for our company. This role involves providing expert service support for compressed air equipment and collaborating with customers to address their technical needs. The position requires travelling local and overseas for on-site support. Candidates with relevant work experience and strong hands will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
1.Start-up commissioning and maintenance servicing of equipment.
2.Troubleshooting of equipment issues and provide technical support to customer.
3.Aftermarket sales responsibilities.

Requirement
1. Diploma or above (Priority will be given to relevant majors, such as technology, machinery, industry, etc.).
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
3. Computer literate, with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Service orientated personality
5. Must be able to speak and write English, Chinese and Malay
6. Strong hands-on ability and flexible on-site operation.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to finish the task within the required time frame.
8. Must be able to work independently.
9. Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take on additional tasks when assigned.
10. Good problem-solving with calm and patience when dealing with customers.
11. Main working place will be in Malaysia but must be willing to travel overseas if require
