Job Responsibilities:

General Office Facility Management & Office Administration

  • In charge of day-to-day planning of administration, operation and maintenance of the building & hostel by attending to all general maintenance and operations issues as needed such as security, housekeeping, electrical, water, lifts and air conditioning as well as general building matters.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of service providers providing operational services; security, housekeeping, lifts, firefighting, air-conditioning, hygiene service and pest control.
  • Conduct regular facilities inspection such as main electrical system, genset and fire fighting equipment.
  • To liaise, supervise and monitor maintenance works carry out by appointed external parties (vendor, contractors, suppliers, consultant, technician) for day to day operation involving the office/ asset building including office work place maintenance or any repair works
  • Plan, prepare and monitor yearly office administration budgets.
  • Ensure any renewal of any license/ insurance (eg:building fire & glass insurance, JKKP/Energy Commission/Telecommunication provider/Parking) are being done in prompt and timely based on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

Office Renovations

  • Plan and manage office modification and renovation work.
  • Monitor and liaise with employees and appointed vendor on renovation works as per renovation agreed drawing.

Transportation

  • Manage the scheduling of the movement of the drivers based on the internal client requirements
  • Ensure all company’s vehicle always under good conditions and maintenance, including the documentation and vehicle record
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
