IOW Architectural & IOW Civil & Structure

Qualification :-
- Minimum 6 years in Housing Development
- Diploma in Architecture or other related course (Inspector Of Work Architect)
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil & Structural) or other related course (Inspector
Of Work C&S)
- Good knowledge in Architectural materials, finishes and civil works
- Proactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface
with all levels of the organization
- Good technical (Architectural and Civil )
- Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good
construction practice and quality
- Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issues
- Self discipline & mature with good interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD and writing skill
- Duration project 3 years
