Preventive Maintenance (PM) Manager

Reports to the Factory Manager

• Manages the production and preventive maintenance department

• Enforces production schedule to meet customers’ delivery and quality requirements

• Establishes production and preventive maintenance indication, e.g. machine set-up time, production yield, for all processes

• Prepares production and maintenance budgets and manages operations within budgets

• Review & monitors daily output & yield report for all processes

• Inculcating quality awareness in the production staffs

• Motivating and developing productive and cohesive team.

• Ensure good housekeeping in the production and maintenance workshop area

• Approval of work instructions of production and preventive maintenance process and standard operating procedure.

• Support and ensure compliance to Quality and Environmental Management System Requirements in production department
