JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accurately input and maintain records of documents and confidential files while assisting the Sales & Service team.
- Manage incoming phone calls professionally by screening and directing them appropriately.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, liaise with suppliers, and ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace.
- Maintain and administer staff attendance and leave records efficiently.
- Assist in organizing office events and functions while consolidating reports for management.
