Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client financial records accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit financial reports on time and to the highest standards
- Provide comprehensive financial support to clients, exceeding their expectations
- Analyze financial data and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and information flow
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their financial needs effectively and promptly
- To take charge of accounts transactions, checking, verification and follow-up.
- To perform account data entry into the accounting system.
- Verify all invoices and staff claims, and process payment to vendors and staff with appropriate documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of account documents for record keeping.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
- Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
- To issue Sales Invoices & Delivery Orders to customers.
- Preparation of Statement of Account to Customers, follow up on collection.
- Control of petty cash for daily operation.
- Assist in audit and tax preparation.
- Any ad-hoc task assignment by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Demonstrate 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficient use of accounting software
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exude professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be adaptable and a quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Have experience communicating with clients efficiently and effectively
