Job description
1.Match vehicle sources to customers and ensure all information is correct
Communicate with other transportation companies and assisting personnel to avoid mistakes;
2.Improve the order process and promptly update shipping status to notify customers
3.If an accident occurs during transportation, report it to your superiors as soon as possible and resolve it promptly.
4.Respond promptly to customer/shipper inquiries in a friendly manner
Collect copies of receipts for all orders
5.Arrange customs clearance documents for customers in need and ensure the documents prepared are accurate
6.Submit operational order report statistics on time every day;
7.Assist in any work assigned by superiors.
Job requirement
1. At least 1-2 years of work experience in related fields
2. Candidates must possess a diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Management
3. Independent, proactive, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
4. Required languages: Malay, Mandarin, English. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred (speak, read and write in Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
5. Be able to start working immediately.
