Job Responsibilities:
· Support day to day operations of the Human Resource Department
· Process full set monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy and compliance to
the statutory requirement.
· Maintain good filling system and Human Resource Records for easy
retrieval purposes.
· Attend to all HR official correspondences (letter of appointment,
confirmation letter, show cause letter, warning letter and termination letter
etc.)
· Handles all matters relating to employee discipline including conducting
internal investigation/ domestic inquiry.
· In charge of distribution yearly staff appraisal form and ensure completed
forms are return to HR.
· Attends and handles grievances on issues related to employees.
· Support cashiering
· Tally money with report (including couting the cash)
· Bank in the cash sale everyday
· Deal with post and kiosk system
· Manage staff attendance records
· Additional task assigned by superior and the Management.
· Responsible for staff recruitment including the advertisement, sourcing for
candidates, arranging the interview, formalization of appointments,
preparation of appointment letters and staff induction
· Support Audit especially for RBA Audit
· Add hoc task
Job Requirements:
· Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resource
· Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Malaysian Labour Law, Industrial
Relations and prevailing HR practices and legislation
· PC literate and experience in using Microsoft Office application (Word and
Excel)
· Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
· Good attention to details and organizing skills.
