Course Administrator at ASMO

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting instructors with course preparation and setup
  • Managing course materials and resources effectively
  • Scheduling and coordinating training sessions or courses
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases for course details and participants
  • Responding to inquiries from students and instructors promptly and professionally
  • Facilitating smooth communication between students and instructors
  • Supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient course running

Job Requirements

  • Possessing a relevant certificate and able to communicate with 2 or 3 languages
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, ZOOM and Google Workspace applications
  • Having at least 1-3 years of related administrative experience
  • Displaying strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exuding a positive and helpful attitude
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Being a reliable and dedicated team player
  • Embracing a passion for contributing to a dynamic educational environment
