  • Managing corporate secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines including Bursa
  • To organize, coordinate, and attend the Board meetings, the Board Committee meetings and shareholders meetings, while also assisting in the preparation, review, and compilation of documents required for these meetings, such as board papers, minutes, resolutions, and statutory documents.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the relevant authorities, external company secretarial firm, external legal advisers, and internal/external audit function, as required from time to time as well as assisting in the preparation of reports.
  • To advise and provide preliminary assessment for the management on regulatory matters including Companies Act 2016 and Listing Requirements.
  • Managing, handling, assisting, and/or overseeing all statutory, regulatory, and internal audit matters, statutory audits for year-end, drafting of the relevant reports, non–financial compliance requirements, follow-up on action plans for any outstanding audit issues, etc.
  • To administer and review resolutions, annual returns, and minutes, and to ensure timely filing of statutory documents in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • To ensure that all statutory records are properly maintained and updated.
