Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting Excellence: Develop sophisticated Excel tools for annual budgeting, guiding us towards securing shareholder approval. Additionally, assist in periodic forecasting to support the management team in making informed decisions.
Marketing Campaign Support: Provide insightful analysis for marketing campaigns, building a solid business case before promotions and conducting meticulous post-promotion analysis to track performance.
Loyalty Membership Growth: Fuel the growth of our loyalty membership program with in-depth analysis and proposals for future loyalty member campaigns.
Financial Results Analysis: Dive into financial results to provide the management team with data-driven advice, ensuring sound decision-making.
Financial Feasibility Studies: Conduct financial feasibility studies for key projects, ensuring the financial viability and success of our endeavors.
Operations Excellence: Collaborate closely with our operations team, sharing your financial expertise to drive results and steer Operations Management and Restaurant Management teams in the right direction.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Internal or External Audit, Consultancy, Business Analyst.
- Strong in approaching problems and challenges with a structured mindset, coupled with a keen business sense.
- Proficiency in creatively processing financial data, enabling analysis from multiple angles and perspectives.
- Able to review existing practices and suggest enhancements to streamline operations for improved efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering effective teamwork and open communication. The capability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues to acquire necessary data and share analysis outcomes.
- Good at articulating financial analysis results effectively, influencing stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their objectives. A focus on nurturing team growth by sharing knowledge and setting individual goals. Proficiency in performance management is a plus.
- A high level of expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula utilization and pivot table manipulation and translating analytical findings into concise business summaries and providing actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
